The following is a uniform payment schedule that
applies to all Legacy Homeschool
Center classes for the
2009-2010 academic year. The tuition will be collected as follows:

Just a Friendly Reminder:
- Tuition and fees for classes are
non-refundable, including tuition paid in advance of the scheduled due
date.
- Checks are to be made payable to the instructor
and given to the Class Facilitator on time. You may drop the check into
the facilitator’s mailbox. Please do not give check directly to the
instructor.
- If you choose to drop a class, you will be
required to pay an early withdrawal penalty equal to four weeks of
tuition from the date that you give notice to the facilitator. Your
child is not permitted to attend the dropped class during this time.

Class Cancellations:
Classes may be cancelled at any time at the Board's
discretion. If class is cancelled due to teacher's absence, children may be
sent to the study hall. In the event of class cancellation/teacher absence,
reasonable effort will be made to notify parents prior to class time.
Teachers work many hours outside the classroom; therefore, if class(es) are
cancelled, tuition will not be refunded.
